Community Counseling Centers of Chicago (C4), a behavioral health advocate and social service provider, offers quality, comprehensive customer-oriented services tailored to the diversity of its consumers.

C4 helps people overcome mental health problems, substance use disorders and the trauma of sexual assault and abuse. We provide services at five locations in Chicago. We also offer parenting classes, education about mental health and advocacy for people with mental health problems.
