If you are a C4 consumer or you are the parent or guardian of a child using C4 services, this is your chance to make your voice heard. C4 is starting a Consumer Advisory Board that will offer men and women who use C4 services an opportunity to participate as partners in all aspects of C4 operations, from clinical to administrative. C4 values consumers' perspectives, and we want to make sure that your voice is included in the discussion.

You can learn more about the Consumer Advisory Board at informational meetings held at various C4 sites  this February and March.
