Get in Shape with FREE Runners' Yoga May 18, 2011
Hey runners and walkers! C4 Miles is offering a special FREE "Yoga for Runners" session on Wednesday, May 18 at Lululemon to help you get in shape for our May 22 event. Called "Eischens Yoga," this high energy workout boosts stamina, strengthens muscles and improves posture. This special kind of yoga includes hands-on feedback, to make sure you are engaging any weak muscles. Presented by the Monkey Bar Gym, the workshop takes place at Lululemon, 2104 N. Halsted, Chicago from 7 to 8 pm. The session is free , but we ask that you RSVP. To reserve your space, call Monkey Bar Gym at 312.488.1915 or Lululemon at 773.883.8860 . You can sign up for the yoga even if you haven't yet registered for C4 Miles. But we hope you will! Online registration ends Friday, May 20 at noon. You can also register in person and pick up your t-shirts and packets at Lululemon on Friday, May 20 and Saturday, May 21 from 10 am to 7 pm. Race day registration begins at 7 am; cost is $35.
