Our fifth annual event will take place on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at 8 am. With your support, we're planning to make this the biggest and best C4 Miles ever. Same day registration at race site-- Montose and Simmonds Drive.  $35. Just follow signs from Lake Shore Drive, Montrose exit and go east to lake.Race starts at 8 am sharp! See you at the starting line!

Hey runners and walkers! C4 Miles is offering a special FREE "Yoga for Runners" session on Wednesday, May 18  at Lululemon to help you get in shape for our May 22 event. Called  "Eischens Yoga," this  high energy workout boosts stamina,  strengthens  muscles and improves posture.

We're growing every day!  C4 Miles just hit the 350 mark in participants registered, with just under two weeks to go before runners and walkers take to the starting line.We're excited to report that we have 23 teams registered so far.  Some of them have exotic names- like the Running Pandas, Shazaam, and Team Mookie.
