emergency services are available to provide prompt therapeutic intervention to those experiencing a psychiatric emergency. Trained staff assess the severity and urgency of the situation and endeavor to stabilize the crisis. Staff determines the need for further treatment and connects individuals to appropriate services. These services are provided in the office and in the community wherever they are needed. Staff are also available after hours through C4's crisis on-call system to respond to crises whenever they occur.
