Children & Adolescent Services Overview

C4 services are child-centered and family focused, with the needs of the family and child dictating the types of services provided. All services are community-based and responsive to the cultural, racial and ethnic differences of the populations served.

C4 offers the following services for children and adolescents:

Art Therapy - offers therapeutic art activities for children and adolescents at several C4 locations. Art therapy services are designed to support children and adolescents with serious emotional and behavioral disorders, school and peer problems, and experiences of trauma, loss, violence and abuse. Youth build interpersonal skills and express themselves themselves through painting, sculpture and other creative activities.

provides intensive, in-home and community-based case management and support services to children who are presenting a variety of mental health issues,including conduct problems, adolescent depression, substance abuse, violent and aggressive behavior, runaway behaviors, truancy, hyperactivity, and family conflict, in conjunction with risk of involvement with the juvenile justice system.
