Community Counseling Centers of Chicago (C4)’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Mr. Chris Carroll has been named President and Chief Executive Officer of Community Counseling Centers of Chicago (C4) effective June 17, 2016. 

NEW Behavioral Health Consortium

C4 is proud to announce that on Monday, April 4, 2016, the Cook County Health and Hospital Systems (CCHHS), has rolled out a bold new initiative called The Behavioral Health Consortium-- a comprehensive program created to address community-based behavioral health care across the county, through its Medicaid health plan, CountyCare.
