Ribbon Cutting Announcing C4's Move to North Center Location

Community Counseling Centers of Chicago (C4) is proud to announce the move of our administrative office to 2014 W. Belle Plaine Avenue, in Chicago’s North Center neighborhood with a ribbon cutting event on May 22, 2019 at 5pm.  The ceremony will be attended by C4 staff, stakeholders, supporters, and the North Center Chamber of Commerce.
 
The ribbon cutting event will celebrate the culmination of many months of construction and preparations for the agency’s move of our administrative office to this new centralized location. C4 President and CEO Chris Carroll stated, “Moving into this building is a big step for us. We are excited to join the North Center neighborhood and look forward to being an active part of this community.”
 
C4 is a leading provider of community-based mental health services, delivering effective, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care, while providing people with the tools necessary to improve their health and their quality of life.  Our services are tailored to meet the individual needs of over 6,000 children/adolescents, adults, and older adult clients. In addition to the new C4 Belle Plaine administrative site, C4 operates three clinical sites, at C4 Clark- 4740 N. Clark Street, C4 Broadway- 5710 N. Broadway, and C4 North- 2542W. North Avenue.
