C4’s Kelsey DiPirro to Speak Alongside Michelle Obama at National Council on Mental Wellbeing Conference

Amidst an esteemed lineup of professionals, Kelsey DiPirro, Director of Pathways, Substance Use & Recovery Services, and Agency Training at C4, is set to deliver a powerful address at the upcoming National Council on Mental Wellbeing conference. Scheduled to share the stage with headliner Michelle Obama, DiPirro’s talk, “Healing Workplaces: How Trauma-Informed Resilience Cultures Support Workplace Health and Mission Success,” promises to be a highlight of the event.

The talk, moderated by Jeanne Supin, President and CEO of Watauga Consulting, welcomes Bailey Pyle and Molly Mackey to underscore the critical importance of trauma-informed resilience cultures in fostering workplace well-being.

Drawing from her extensive experience at C4, where she has been a leader in supporting individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges, DiPirro’s message will resonate deeply with the conference’s theme of advancing mental health initiatives in various spheres of society.

As organizations strive to create environments conducive to employee well-being and success, DiPirro’s insights into trauma-informed approaches offer invaluable guidance. With her expertise and advocacy, she continues to champion the cause of creating supportive and resilient workplaces where individuals can thrive.

The event will also feature keynotes from former first lady Michelle Obama as well as Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Isabel Wilkerson.
