Register here!What: Participants will be able to define collaborative documentation; both what it does entail and does not entail. Participants will learn several strategies for incorporating collaborative documentation into their practice and choose one to try. Participants will identify advantages of and barriers to, collaborative documentation. They will learn to maximize advantages and minimize barriers. Participants will view a role-played session using various methods of collaborative documentation.
Who: Everyone documenting work with humans!
What: Sexual violence and its aftermath are intense and overwhelming and impact many of our clients. This training describes: the stages of Rape Trauma Syndrome; how to provide appropriate crisis intervention to survivors of sexual violence; and discussion of therapeutic issues involved in working with survivors (e.g. flashbacks, dissociation).
Who: Anyone working with those impacted by sexual violence.
What: An introduction to what sex positivity is, why it's important in our clinical work, and how to work in a sex positive way.
Who: Anyone working with humans! Sexuality is an important part of the holistic care that we offer and prioritize at C4.
